Ghostly International and Vans Team Up for Frightening Collaboration

Ghostly International x Vans Collaboration
Since 1999, Ghostly International has cemented itself as one of the most influential record labels of the 21st century. With an arsenal of critically acclaimed independent artists under their belt, the Brooklyn-based entity has now teamed up with a new brand.
Indeed, Vans works in partnership with the famous record label Ghostly International. This time for a collaborative project to celebrate their 20th anniversary. Using classic Vans silhouettes, the collection fuses Vans timeless aesthetics with Ghostly’s iconic logo. This past month, Vans was very busy with The Nightmare Before Christmas sneaker collaboration.
Sneakers Details
In this new collaboration, each shoe is offered in monochrome tones. But also contrasting by a purple insole. Each pair features Ghostly and Vans logos. First, the white Slip-On sports a tonal upper and midsole.
Secondly, its darker equivalent, the Sk8-Hi is centered around the brand’s logo. The pair has a reflective print and a matte finish on the eyelets. In addition, each basket appears with a full print of the Ghostly logo on 3M. It offers a subtle visual interest to complete the matte carnations. Finally, the effect is similar to Ghostly’s goal of evolving and changing with each print.
