Jerry Lorenzo and Converse revisited their popular Fear of God Essentials x Chuck 70 collaboration. In fact, three new styles dropped on March 26. Here’s a complete look at the collection and where to cop a pair.
Fear of God Essentials x Converse
After much anticipation, Jerry Lorenzo‘s Fear of God Essentials has teamed up with Converse for an all-new Chuck 70 iteration. The collaboration was first introduced in August 2018 as part of FOG’s Essential lookbook.
Sneaker Details
Available in three monochromatic palettes, the collaborative sneaker comes in “Black/Egret,” “Ivory/Black” and “Natural Greige”. All those pairs feature minimalistic designs with luxe details. And trust us, each one is more wearable than the next.
All three versions feature a supple leather tongue that contrasts against the traditional canvas upper. Additionally, the highlight detail is found at the back of the sneaker. Indeed, the shoe’s long laces are wrapped around its collar and locked in place with an extended heel tab.

In addition, the sneakers come with a co-branded insole. “ESSENTIALS” is printed across the left heel and a custom pull-tab also hits the heel. The latest has been made especially for this collaboration.

Of course, the chuck 70 comes with the usual ultra-comfortable midsole which is perfect for the street lifestyle.

The Fear of God Essentials x Converse Chuck 70 sneakers in “Black/Egret,” “Ivory/Black” and “Natural Greige” were released on March 26 at a retail price of $110 USD each. Unfortunately, they sold out almost instantly on converse.com.
That said, you can always cop a pair on resale websites such as Stockx or Grailed. But you can expect to pay twice as much as the retail price.
