After a second Bel-Air Athletics collection last year, Will Smith is back for a 3rd one. This time, the actor unveiled a limited Bel-Air Athletics collection inspired by the city of Miami.

Bel-Air Athletics debuted earlier last year as a limited drop. Then after 2 collections for the line, Smith and his team are back with a Miami inspired capsule.
The new collection features more than 24 items of unisex apparel and accessories. As always, every item is available in limited edition.
Officially called “Miami (Home/Away)” the assortment continues the preppy streetwear aesthetic that was implemented in the label’s fall assortment.
In terms of branding, Bel-Air Athletics’ brand logos are paired with animal prints and graphics of suns. Moreover, airplanes and bold “MIAMI” letterings finish some pieces.
In terms of colours, a palette of blues, greens and oranges channels the warm vibrations of the Florida hub. In fact, these tones are inspired by the uniforms of the Miami Dolphins and the Miami Hurricanes in the 80s and 90s.
An inspiring element of the collection is the nod to the Virginia Key Beach which was the only beach in the region that permitted people of colour when it opened in 1945.
To finish the collection and show a strong message, Smith tapped Miami Heat player Bam Adebayo to sport a few of the pieces.
