With summer 2020 right around the corner, Jordan is issuing a tropical take of the Air Jordan 1 Low dubbed “Palm Tree”. Here’s a first look at the sneaker as well as its release date.
Air Jordan 1 “Palm Tree”
Jordan Brand continues its recent run of appealing Air Jordan 1 Low styles. But this time the brand releases a Tropical makeover called the “Palm Tree” iteration.
The sneaker sports a vacation-ready colorway and motifs. The low-cut Air Jordan 1 is decidedly ready for the summer months ahead of us.
If we go into more detail, the pair comes in a palette of Light Orewood Brown, Amarillo, White and Laser Blue colours. It has a white base covered with lines and silhouettes of palm trees. The sneaker also sports a white midsole and a black outsole.
The tan palm tree print provides a signature embellishment on the white leather quarters and toeboxes. Moreover, tan leathers hit the eyestays, mudguard, heel and collar. Those add a perfect touch of warm weather vibes.
Highlight details come with the Swooshes which are dressed in striking gold satin and the aqua blue touches that make the contrast under the gold #23 on the lace keeper.
To round off the sneaker, a finishing touch of branding is provided by a tonal ball-and-wings logo on the heel.
