Drake approved the BENTGABLE x NITS collaboration!
Warren Lotas, Mike Cherman, Ava Nirui, Asspizza… Are all part of the list of bootleg designers who have entered the fashion world. Thanks to social media platforms and rulebook-ripping designers such as Virgil Abloh. The fashion democratization has gathered speed.
BENTGABLENITS
Located in Toronto, BENTGABLENITS, from BENTGABLE x NITS, is a joint project. This new project is between the design firm Bent Gable Design and vintage fashion collector Angelo Nitsopoulos. The duo’s process is simple: Nitsopolous scours the globe for vintage Nike items then Bent Gable unleashes its alchemy on the items.
The Collection
The team transformed each piece by adding hand-cut silk velvet puddings and decorations such as vintage crochet flowers. The finished results are unique. It takes about 10 hours to complete a single item. Each piece is just a unique creation between the vintage and the creation by hand. Take a look at all the creations below!

Overwhelming Results
BENTGABLENITS might still be at its beginning, but the response from the public has been strong. In fact, the first 11 pieces in the first drop sold out in 11 minutes. And Drake who, as we know, loves stepping out in modified outfits quick lend his support.
