Following the release of a Chinese New Year capsule, Pharrell Willams and Adidas are back with a new collection inspired by the culture of basketball.
Pharrell x Adidas Sneakers
The new Pharrell x Adidas Basketball collection includes seven styles of shoes accompanied by matching clothing. Most pieces feature bright colours, bold prints, elegant materials and special branding in equal proportions.
Two of the seven sneaker silhouettes are at the forefront of this new collection: the “STMT 0 to 60” as well as the “Crazy BYW 2.0 Low”.
Both models use soft abstract prints in green, orange and blue. For softness and comfort, each midsole features a BOOST padding.
The STMT looks like a motorcycle boot with a high cut, a zipper and an ankle strap.
On the other side, the 2.0 Low offers a more classic hoop style.
In addition to the two previous models, the collection also includes a Stan Smith, a Campus, a Continental 80, an SC Premiere and a Nizza H. All come in either natural leather or suede and feature pastel or neon laces for a touch of elegance. Finally, the standard circular perforations are replaced by triangular ones, a nod to Pharrell’s signature Hu logo.

Pharrell x Adidas Apparel
The apparel capsule uses a vivid all-over print that combines a tie-dye ethic with thumbprint graphics. A T-shirt, a hoodie and shorts hit the collection and all come in yellow and orange, accented with various shades of blue.
