The swoosh brand works with the LGBT Community!
Every June since 2012, Nike has honored the LGBT community with a special BE TRUE collection for Pride Month. They are raising $3.6 million in financial and in-kind support to the community. For the upcoming 2019 collection, they recognize the universally known symbol of the rainbow.
The Collection
The collection offers special takes on the Air Max 720, Air Max 90, Tailwind, Zoom Pegasus 35 Turbo, and Benassi slides. All of which feature some embroidered detail or hand-crafted designs, such as Baker’s handmade flag. Nike created a collection of footwear, garments and accessories, all colored with the Pride Flag.
