The first of its kind, a capsule collection imagined by Pharell Williams is now available (April 4) on different flagship stores, including Toronto!

The “Beginning”
The announcement occurred in November, during Chanel’s Cruise Show in Bangkok. At the end of a concert, Pharrell Williams had appeared with a yellow embroidered Lesage hoodie. Of course, the audience in the room, already conquered by the sound, fell in love with the hoodie.
Mister Happy, the pop icon integrated into the Chanel universe by Karl Lagerfeld, finally unveils his mini-collection of ready-to-wear and accessories.
The “Collection”
Pharrell opted for a vibrant rainbow palette with embroidery and graffiti such as CC, N ° 5 and Coco. The collection features several items including t-shirts and a pair of white sneakers, which will surely attract collectors.
The name: # Chanel-Pharrell, Symbol of this union, is visible on a series of glasses, chains, bathrobes, and fanny packs.
The “Quote”
“The number 5 has always been the favorite figure of Coco. 5 is the figure of the human being. But it is also the date of my birthday”. – Pharell Williams
The “Key Piece”
As the legendary artist indicates, the collection will be called Chanel – Pharrell “as Karl had named it.” The key piece? The eight-color long-sleeve. It is tattooed on the back with a nice nod to a friend of Pharrell who had predicted this collaboration.
