The collaboration goes back to this summer when @kickwhoshow shared images of G-Dragon wearing the Nike Air Force 1 “Para-Noise”. After that, a series of teasers were published. Finally, Nike released official photos of the upcoming sneaker.
The collaboration between G-dragon’s brand and the swoosh giant celebrates K-pop culture.
G-Dragon Air Force 1 “Para-Noise”
Inspired by the South Korean superstar, the new iteration of this AF1 features a premium leather upper painted over with a special black coating.
The particularity of this pair is that over time, with wear and tear, it reveals a personal artwork created by G-Dragon himself. It reminds us of the burnable sneaker collaboration of Nike x stranger things.
The hidden artwork is inspired by G-Dragon’s sense of optimism towards art. It is designed around self-expression.
The contrast comes with the white Swoosh branding. A daisy motif appears on the tongue. Branded thick laces and removable custom pins are also featured. A “PEACEMINUSONE” marked in white lining completes the look.
