Mainly known for her work behind the camera, photographer Helena Christensen joins forces with H&M to release a unique clothing collection. The latter is centered on vintage photographs that Christensen took herself.
Helena Christensen x H&M
After a recent collaboration with the 18-year-old singer Billie Eilish, H&M now turns towards the world of photography with a Helena Christensen collab. The iconic woman is mainly known for her work as a model and as a photographer.
Together, they are launching the “Helena Christensen x H&M” collection, which features 7 ultra-comfy pieces revolving around pictures of flowers captured by Helena.
The photographer explained that she wanted to capture the generation of tomorrow and encourage them to be themselves and let their personalities shine.
A Nineties-inspired Capsule
The collection includes t-shirts and hoodies, all of which are made from organic cotton. If we were to describe the capsule with only two words, we would say simple and vintage.
The pieces come in minimalist colors such as gray, black and ecru. They also feature a vintage photo print on the front, a small tribute to the relaxed style of the 90s.

“We are glad to collaborate with Helena Christensen. From her work behind and in front of the camera to magazines or perfumes, in addition to her charitable work, she is a true icon. And her beautiful photographs of flowers for this collaboration are magnificent on models inspired by 90s streetwear”
Maria Östblom, Head of Womenswear Design at H&M.
