Nike has just unveiled a new addition to the Jordan family. Featuring a design inspired by Italian gothic architecture, the brand introduced the Air Jordan 1 Mid Milan.

Shortly after unveiling the upcoming AJ1 Low “Paris”, Jordan Brand traveled to northern Italia to create a “Milan” iteration.

The new AJ1 Mid iteration is a nod to Milan’s rich tradition of neoclassical architecture. The sneaker is inspired by the essence of legendary buildings such as the Gothic Duomo di Milano cathedral and the Santa Maria Delle Grazie convent.

The beloved sneaker comes in pastel hues and caramel tones. The result is an ultra-wearable colorway that’s destined to be a part of your daily sneaker rotation.

Complete Look

The sneaker is made out of suede and leather and features a mix of white, grey, tan and soft beige.

Ribbed tan leather appear on the heel and mudguard while touches of grey and suede can be found on the toebox and eye stays. Premium caramel-colored leather appears on the collar flap and on the bottom of the eye stays.

Branding details on this Air Jordan 1 are pretty conventional. The shoe sports the usual Swoosh logo on its lateral side and the Air Jordan “Wings” logo on its ankle panel.
