Through this pack, the sports brand brings back the Nike Air Ship that Michael Jordan wore before he first released his signature shoe. The latest and not the Air Jordan 1, was “banned” by the NBA for breaking league uniform codes.

This two-piece collection is a heartfelt letter which will please to vintage sneaker connoisseurs. Indeed, the pack brings back the Air Jordan 1 Hi ’85 as well as Nike’s Air Ship PE from 1984.

Official look

Both featuring similar style executions, the sneakers sport a OG colour palette. A symbolic nod to the Chicago Bulls.

The Air Jordan 1 will release in a new Red/White colorway with the OG-style hangtag. The duo of white and red hues alternate harmoniously between its higher profile constructions.

It’s counterpart features similarities in tone, but leave its upper to a more angelic construction. The Nike Air Ship features a White leather upper. Red accents on the collar, interior, Swoosh logos and rubber outsole finish the look.

Special packaging will house both pairs. The two sneakers will come in an oversized box that is split in the middle. One side features a Blue/White grid pattern while the other sports a classic Black/Red style. Each side is completed by a print of the date where the sneaker was first released.

Moreover, the box is accompanied by booklets explaining their historical impact.

Release Date “New Beginnings” Pack
