Inspired by Japan’s famous cherry blossom season, Converse has just released two sneaker iterations as part of the “Sakura” Chuck 70 Pack. Here’s what they look like.

Converse “Sakura” Chuck 70

With Spring right around the corner, Converse decided to update its offerings with a “Sakura” Chuck 70 pack. The latest includes two colorways that you must to add to your spring sneaker rotation. The first one is called the “cherry blossom” iteration and the second one is called the “white” iteration.

Sneaker Details

Both iterations of the Sakura Pack feature high-top Chuck 70 silhouette, an undeniable favourite among converse fans.

Sheer fabric is used to create a texture effect. Bright Fuschia on the outsole gives the shoe a pop of colour, while leather sections provide a cool contrast against the sheer fabric.

As always, the high tongue and Chuck Taylor ankle patch contribute to the iconic Converse branding look.

What’s new in this edition of the Chuck 70s is the fusion of printed 3D cherry blossoms. Protected underneath the organza fabric, these cherry blossoms come together to mimic the effect of a beautiful waterfall of petals.

Another thing to note is the translucent rubber material that revels the sakura details of the pair. It goes all the way down to the midsole.

We can say without a doubt that the sneaker game is up for this Spring season.
